Theater Networking Talents (TNT) is an international festival dedicated to young theatre directors, organized by Marin Sorescu National Theatre in Craiova.

Designed as a meeting ground for theatre schools across Europe, TNT brings together graduation productions that reveal emerging trends, new aesthetics, diverse directing practices. By placing these works in dialogue, the festival becomes a space where methods and creative processes can be compared, questioned, and shared.

Young artists discover how their generation is rewriting the language of theatre.

Through our People of TNT section, we open the doors to artists and specialists working across the performing arts, inviting them to join workshops, talks, masterclasses, and interdisciplinary labs.

TNT creates opportunities for young directors by facilitating meetings with theatre managers, independent producers, and festival selectors - people who can transform a first show into a first collaboration.
